Established to address the lack of halal food options for students in the area, Kebabish Bites provides cleaner and halal choices to both international students and local residents unfamiliar with Punjabi cuisine from Pakistan and India. The Norman restaurant offers a diverse menu, including popular dishes like Chicken Tikka Masala and butter chicken, with a commitment to freshness and a catering service for events and gatherings.

For this episode, I filmed the whole interview in the kitchen while Waseem made two of their popular dishes. I love how much more dynamic the interview flows with this style.
